Training Center wants to make sure you are happy with your training, so feel free to contact us with questions or comments by using our 'Contact Us' page.

Also, please keep in mind that Training Center sells training materials from hundreds of different vendors, so be sure to check any return, cancellation, or transfer policies for whichever course you purchase. For instance, in most cases, an online course that is not used is usually exchangeable or refundable, whereas most seminar purchases - just like theater tickets - are not refundable within 14 days of the seminar as we have to guarantee head count and pre-pay the venue. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge a return fee, especially in cases where you "change your mind", as we incur costs to ship, handle, and charge and refund your purchase.
