This seminar is designed to assist tax professionals desiring to learn more about Tax Court practice and/or to prepare them to pass the written nonattorney admission exam administered biannually, and we anticipate it will meet the requirements for 62 hours of continuing education for NASBA. No credit is earned for the practice exam and CPE hours are earned per 50 minutes of instruction. Level: Overview. Field of Study: Taxes (62). Delivery method: Group Live. The course is directed towards the tax professional with a basic foundation of individual Federal taxation topics, but no advance preparation is required and there are no specific education or experience requirements.
