About This Course:
While on-line crimes and fraud schemes dominate the headlines, there is no greater threat to customers' and employees' sense of security than a robbery. And there is no better way to deal with the threat than by incorporating enhancements to customer service techniques that actually reduce the risk of a robbery.

Focusing on customer service as the true heart of robbery prevention, attendees will be introduced to ideas they most likely have never considered, that will arm them with the knowledge they need to prevent, rather than react to the peril of bank robbery, before, during and after a robbery.  The FBI's new Bandit Shield program will also be discussed with insightful analysis on implementing it at your financial institution.
