Mike Russ Financial Training Centers, Inc. has been servicing California's insurance pre-licensing needs since 1979.

Since our inception, it has been Mike Russ Insurance School's goal to provide our students with the most accurate and current knowledge necessary to pass the various examinations to obtain your license for selling insurance, real estate, and securities.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Mike Russ Insurance Licensing School

There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee. If a student requests a refund prior to completion of the course, the class tuition will be refunded on a pro-rata basis up to 50% of class attendance. After 50% attendance, all tuition is non refundable.

If notice of cancellation for a Mike Russ Financial Training Centers course is made prior to the first day of instruction, 100% of the amount paid less the $50 registration fee AND all materials are returned in an unused condition. No refunds will be made after 90 days from the date of enrollment.
