The Presenter

Jim DeMaio is President of Learning Dynamics, a national training company now in its 31st year. Jim has presented hundreds of workshops of leadership, customer service, performance management, and employee relations. His practical approach provides participants with information that can be put to use immediately.

Prior to joining Learning Dynamics, Jim was Vice President and Director of Corporate Training for a financial institution in the northeast. Since joining Learning Dynamics, Jim has provided training sessions to many banks and has been a presenter at the National School of Banking for 15 years.

Jim holds a B.S. in Management from Quinnipiac University and an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven.
