Who Should Attend

This course is intended for experienced HR/employment law professionals and attorneys. Participants will need to have an understanding of basic employment law and be at least somewhat involved with the management and administration of these laws in the workplace. Class time will not be spent explaining basic legal and HR concepts.

Continuing Education Credits

This workshop has been approved for 16.75 (General) re-certification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), plus Continuing Legal Education in the states listed below. You can earn recertification credit for professional designations offered by the American Staffing Association, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (CEBS), the Human Capital Institute, and the National Association of Personnel Services.

How You Receive Your Certificate

The Certificate in Making Employment Workplace Decisions Workshop is awarded after a participant attends the full 2½ day workshop. No examinations are given. These handsome certificates are mailed three to four weeks after the end of the workshop.
